Fees

Treehouse charges two types of fees:

  1. Performance Fee: A 20% fee on the Market Effective Yield (MEY) earned. This fee is only applied if the MEY is positive and is charged in tETH.

  2. Fastlane Fee: A 2% fee for using the Fastlane service, paid in wstETH. This fee is part of the cost for accessing instant liquidity. Users redeeming interest via Pendle - specifically YT-tETH and LP-tETH holders - will be routed through the Fastlane and therefore incur this 2% fee.
