Access to TESR is subject to the completion of an Information License Agreement (ILA) and the necessary Schedules. Parties seeking to subscribe to TESR must contact the Rate Administrator at sales@treehouse.finance. Additionally, any commercial utilization of TESR must be authorized by Treehouse.
