Cessation

In the event that TESR is deemed unrepresentative of the Ethereum staking rate due to inadequate input data or systemic changes in related markets, Treehouse will engage with stakeholders to discuss the potential for rate cessation, aiming to mitigate risks associated with unrepresentative benchmark references and facilitate a smooth transition.

If viable alternative arrangements are not feasible, Treehouse may recommend discontinuing TESR, ensuring that stakeholders are provided with a minimum of three months' notice and assistance in exploring alternative reference instruments.

The Rate Administrator will endeavor to identify alternative benchmarks; however, this may not always be possible due to regulatory constraints, market conditions, or the availability of suitable alternatives.
