How Consensus is Reached?

Treehouse, being the operator for the first DOR — TESR, is responsible for publishing its spot and forward consensus from the submissions made by its panelists. Since it is expected that all the spot submissions are supposed to be same, the spot TESR consensus is a simple median of all the values. For the forwards, a mean of the panelists' submissions decides the consensus instead.
