Rate and Methodology Adjustments

Treehouse must consistently oversee the Benchmark Methodology to ensure its alignment with the specified objectives. Proposed alterations to the Calculation Methodology, encompassing the benchmark structure, utilized input data, and all facets of the calculation methodology, require approval from Treehouse. Treehouse also reserves the right to seek input from stakeholders and the broader market regarding any proposed changes to the methodology.
