Too Few Validators

In the event that the number of validators on the Beacon Chain drops below 100,000, Treehouse will assess whether ESR should be terminated. If the decision to discontinue ESR is reached, Treehouse will issue a public announcement specifying the cessation date within 2 weeks of the event.
